Asian American Fund to Aid NYC Relief Efforts and Asian American Community

The Asian American Federation of New York has established a fund, the Asian American Federation WTC Fund, to help those in need after the World Trade Center attack on September 11th.

As part of the Asian American Federation Relief Initiative, the WTC Fund will provide funds to aid the larger assistance efforts in the New York City region and support relief efforts in the Asian American community. All monies donated to the WTC Fund will be used to relieve the physical, emotional, and financial impact of the devastation upon lower Manhattan upon local children, families and communities, and to help in the effort to rebuild the city.

Those wishing to contribute may send their donations in care of the Asian American Federation of New York, 120 Wall Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY, 10005. Checks should be made payable to the Asian American Federation WTC Fund. Donations are 100% tax deductible and will be accepted until November 15th, 2001.
